My original illustrations were taken from the Darling Buds of May stories by HE Bates. These three small Giclee prints are window mounted horizontally as a set, painted originally in watercolour inks they have bright jewel-like colours.
"It was one of Miss Pilchester's hobbies to gather wool from field and hedgerow" "Out in the buttercup field Mariette and Mr Charlton were lying in the tall brilliant flowers" "Oh those sweet donkeys, I've never been kissed among donkeys before" Each print has a few words written underneath to set in into the story.
Printed on textured natural white artist paper (300gsm) with Canon Lucia pigment inks and window mounted on natural white card. Each images measure 5x6.5cm and the overall mount is 16x39cm.
Although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately some colours may differ slightly depending on your monitor. Note this is an unframed set of mounted prints.
Prints are packaged in biodegradable cellophane with a card backing and and are shipped in a strong board backed envelope. Larger than A4 prints are tissue wrapped and sent in a sturdy tube.
